Banaras is a city known for its fine cuisine. The city of Shiva is know for its Vaishnav cuisine. The refinement that happened in Banaras to the dishes that came from all over India gave it the Banarasi touch. We are documenting and reviving the Banarasi food traditions by organising culinary experiences for the food enthusiasts.
